The house is located in the Shepherd’s Beach area close
to the scenic Balchik-Albena road 550 m from the see,
1200 m from the palace of the late Queen of Romania,
Marie Alexandra Victoria, Princess of Edinburgh, and 7 km
from the Albena Complex. It has been set up as a small
art hotel and has all comforts available and its own unique
style. It is built entirely of ecological materials: old brick,
wood and stone, and the house is particular for its cosy
